Your Impact

Operational Strategy & Execution
Lead and implement special projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity and performance of production footprint.

Support Business Director and Operations Director in the drafting of the multiyear strategy for the production capacity and footprint


Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to integrate best practices across the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives network

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.



Change Management & Integration
Support the cultural and operational integration of Poli-Tape into the Fedrigoni Group, ensuring alignment with Fedrigoni behaviors




Your Strenghts:


■ Studies in Economics, STEM or equivalent experience

■ Around 5 years of experience in operations/supply chain/logistics consultancy and/or equivalent experience in a manufacturing multinational operations function

■ Experience in an operational excellence program and/or in a PMO role

■ Knowledge of lean management tools

■ Proficiency in Office Suite (high level in Excel, PowerPoint)

■ Strong analytical skills, sharp on details yet able to think high level

■ Passion for execution and making things happen, hands-on approach, gets excitement from rolling his sleeves to drive impact

■ Natural ability to build trust-based relationships and leverage them to ensure progress

■ Effective communication, ability to influence and collaborate without reporting levers

■ Fluency in English and German
