Your Impact

  • Manage general ledger activities, including Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, banking, payroll postings, travel expenses, and intercompany transactions
  • Issue customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Reconcile and analyze accounting records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare Intrastat, ZM, and VAT reports in compliance with German statutory requirements
  • Monitor liquidity and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory reporting obligations
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and alignment with Group policies, supporting external audits as required

Your Strenghts:


■ Studies in Economics, STEM or equivalent experience

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualification (e.g. Certified Accountant)

■ 3–5 years of experience in external audit or accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or structured corporate environment

■ Strong knowledge of HGB/IFRS and German direct and indirect tax regulations

■ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Infor, Addison, Microsoft Dynamics)

■ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

■ Fluent in German (C1) and very good English skills (B2+); occasional travel to Frechen and Overath required
